Talk to him and he will ask you to collect late payments from four people living on theEdgewater.
Getting money fromAbernathyandPhylliswon’t be a problem- just talk to them.
You will find them in thefactoryand inthe houseatEdgewater.
To deal withLugwig, who is located around thelanding pad, you’ll have to lie.
Otherwise the man will not want to pay.
Then go to the back of the barbershop.
There you will findnotesabout gold teeth of one calledEugene.
Talk about them withConradand convince him to pawn them.
Upon collecting all fees, you’re able to return toSilasand complete the task.
