Echoes arespecial, environmental interactionsactivatedin specific, often important to the plot places.
Additionally, interacting with some of themis required to push the plot forward.
How to locate and activate Echoes?
New Echoes encountered in the world take the form ofluminous circles paired with a shadowed shape.
Combined, they resemblea solar eclipse.
After locating the luminous circle, you needto position yourself at the right angle.
Properly synchronized Echo should cover the dark circle with a bright dot, leavinga faint halo.
When you’re successful, both circles will disappear,and a voice-over will start.
On the roof where the Break Room is located, proceed towarda metal scaffolding.
Circle it and usethe ladderto climb to the top of the structure.
Look in the direction of a large billboard and you should notice it.
Echo at Caldera Station
You will encounter this Echo right after entering the aforementioned metro station.
It isto the left of the entrance.
Activating this Echo is a story eventnecessary to push the plot forward.
To make it appear, you better activate “Missing FBI Agent” plot element.
Echo in Collapsed Tunnel 2
Second Echo in Collapsed Tunnelis found in one of the side tunnels.
The Echo will appearonce you absorb the light.
Along the way, you should easily locate the Echo.
The next Echo is inthe hall of the apartment building.
Players report the presence of a mysterious, additional Echo obtained during the “Draft One” sequence.
It’s possible that the elusive Echo 10 is just a glitch.
If we manage to establish more precise information about the mysterious collectible, we will inform you about it.
However, you will need to activate the"Haunted"scene.
The next Echo is almostat the top of the stairs.
Looking north, you will see another Echo.
Inside you will find another, important plot-wise Echo.
Echo in the cinema room
After entering the screening room, standwith your back to the screen.
Looking deeper into the room, you will activate an Echo.
However, check that you have activated"The Cult of the Word"scene.
You will listen to a conversation between corrupt police officers.
Finding it is necessary to make progress in the story.
