It is found on a small bridge above the pond.
It should appear only after you save Tor in Overlap which is a mandatory story event.
you’re free to only visit this room after you disable all electronic locks from the Security Room.
Look for it on one of the tables.
Cynthia and Tom (Return 5)
This Page isin Cynthia’s room in Valhalla Nursing Home.
The room is visited during the main story and this happens after you replace the fuse in the basement.
Look for the find in the bathroom, on the floor.
This is possible the earliest after defeating the boss in Valhalla Nursing Home in Return 5.
Look for it west from the watchtower.
