There are ten armours in Atlas Fallen, and you will unlock an achievement for getting them all.

The more of them you have, the more bonuses you will be able to unlock.

Scout’s Gear
Acquiring the Scout’s Gear will also become impossible after traveling to Bastengar.
Red Company
You will acquire this armor in the third location, namely the Wildlands.
Queen’s Cover
You will receive this armor in The Black Alms.
