How to find the list of murder targets?
Look for a hatch with a blood splatter next to it and enter it.
Look for a fissure between rocks in one of the rooms and go through it.
Search the new part of the location and fight the doppelgangers.

You will also find a flower key.
Jump to the nearby roof then circle it and enter the building through the balcony.
Search the room - you’ll find a list of targets and a body underneath the bed.
