Don’t know how to help the mystery man at Last Light Inn?

Examine hm and talk to the woman keeping watch over him.
Return to the camp - you’ve got the option to talk to Halsin.
After a short conversation he’ll head to Last Light Inn.
Talk to the Druid again there and head south to the House of Healing.
This will drastically speed up the quest and skip the House of Healing.
The enemies can restrain your characters and teleport, so hope you’ve passed that Perception check.
You’ll eventually reach one of the bridges leading to the heavily cursed area.
You won’t get far otherwise.
If you have the means to move freely within the curse, proceed.
At the central square you’ll face some warped Harpers.
It shouldn’t be too tough.
After the battle, follow to the quest marker.
You’ll find the entrance to the House of Healing at the coordinatesX:-189 and Y:-19.
Enter the House and look around.
If you’ve saved Arabella from Kagha in Act 1, her questline continues here.
you’re free to skip the battle against Malus Thorm and his nurses by succeeding at the conversation.
If you want to maximize your chances, have a Cleric talk to him.
Having a Bard in your party will also let you use Bardic Inspiration on difficult skillchecks.
It’s way easier to Persuade him to kill himself and the nurses.
Regardless of how you’ve dealt with him, search Malus' corpse and take the lute.
Return to Last Light Inn and talk to Halsin.
Play the lute to wake up Art Cullagh.
