Reward: 100 XP.
To start the quest you better talk to the man in Hobydonk.
He will give you a task related to finding the Groover.

Location: Fixer Upper 10E.

Location: Thoroughfare.
you should probably get a vinyl first.
You will find it on the first floor, in the dresser.
Gramophone #3
Location: Fixer-Upper 6K.
you’re gonna wanna get a vinyl first.
You will find it in the cold area.
It is a good idea to get a suit that will protect you from the cold.
The vinyl is waiting for you in the filing cabinet.
