Dock, then proceed to the end of the module to the closed doors.

Then, walk up to the table to put the puzzle pieces together.
Finally, return to the Normandy.
Dock at the designated point.
Open 3 more doors with the scrapper.
Use the scanner to scan the appearing green markers until the analysis is complete.
Then approach the coffin from behind and place it in the designated area.
Find a way out
After a short time, you will go to prison.
Go through the area to the hole leading into space and float to the other part of the ship.
Go to the last room, examine the console and the coffin connected to it.
