We advise on how to find rubber bushings, which are difficult to locate.

Small rubber bushings are one of the most common damaged parts you’ll need to replace.

Front suspension

Four bushings are located in the front suspension crossmember.

They need to be replaced individually, each one separately.

The suspension arm consists of three elements.

you could replace the bushings after taking off the entire arm.

you might only put it back on after selecting two necessary bushings.

Two (left and right) rear suspension upper arms have a regular bushing and a small bushing each.

They can be seen when you’re putting the arm together.

To reach the next bushing you oughta disassembly the rear suspension arm on the bottom.

You’ll gain access to the rear axle knuckle housing.

Remember that the suspension can vary based on the car’s model.

However, the bushings should be searched for in similar places.

In case of an old car with leaf springs e.g.

on the back you’ll find ony two bushings on each side, without suspension arms or crossmembers.
