It takes place on the planet called Bogano.
Ship
The chapter begins aboard the Mantis ship, which you will use to travel the galaxy.
Here you will meet the first two allies - Cere and Greez.
you’re free to inspect the ship or immediately get to the interactive guitar.
Use it to trigger a cut-scene.
The heroes land on Bogano.
Bogano is the first planet that offers optional exploration.
All additional actions and battles were described in separate chapters -Secrets,Puzzles,TombsandBosses.
Soon, you will encounter the firstmeditation spot.
These places are very important.
Spend the first skill point on the Overhead Slash skill (a strong attack with the lightsaber).
Cal meets BD-1, a friendly droid that will become his new companion.
The droid’s skills are unfortunately temporarily locked because it needs to be repaired first.
Jump to the interactive wall with vines, grab it and climb up.
A new meditation point is nearby.
Get on the rail and start walking on it.
When you reach the wall, press the drop button to grab the rail with hands.
Make your way into a new room, go down and defeat the first Bog Rat monster.
Go to the big fan and use the Force to slow it down.
This will allow you to go between the moving blades.
Watch the cut-scene during which Cal will fix BD-1.
There is a workbench nearby - this object allows you to modify the lightsaber.
Currently, almost all modifications are blocked.
you might only change the blade’s color.
Enter the dark location.
Hold the block button to use the lightsaber as a source of light.
Grab the vines and climp up.
Go to the cables and attempt to attack them with the lightsaber.
Cal will be electrocuted - this part serves as a tutorial onhow to heal the hero.
Healing charges restore when you rest in a meditation point.
Bogano - reaching the vault
From now on, you’re able to use the holomap.
There are a few places marked on it.
One of them is the Vault - this is the main purpose of your visit to Bogano.
Return to the central room and use the spiral stairs leading up.
You encounter a new monster, Splox.
However, fighting it is optional.
Get to the new line and slide down to reach the shelf located in the distance.
Look for another line (see the picture above) to get to the lower levels of this location.
While fighting this enemy, remember to dodge to the sides and attack it right after the toad misses.
Dodge to the side.
It is worth noting that you’ve got the option to cut the toad’s tongue off.
You don’t have to do this to kill the toad.
However, the game will reward you with the trophy/achievement.
Go to the location guarded by the toad and climb more vines.
You will find a new meditation point.
As young Cal, you will learn a new skill -Wall Run.
Run on the wall to reach the shelf where the master stands.
After returning to Bogano, you have to turn around and go to the area from which you came.
Wall Run will come in handy in reaching previously inaccessible places.
Run along the wall to get to the elevator.
Use it to get back to the top.
Take a look at the holomap - the area marked green is your destination.
you oughta get to the place presented in the picture above.
Go to the side of the hill with theAncient Vault.
Use the meditation point and examine the tablet with inscriptions.
Interact with it to bring up the entrance to the Vault.
Go to the pedestal in the central part of the Vault and interact with it.
Listen to the hologram of Eno Cordova.
You learn your next destination - the planet Zeffo.
Bogano - Return to the ship
Leave the Vault, go down the hill and head straight.
Watch out for a new toad.
This fight isn’t mandatory.
However, if you defeat this enemy, you will receive valuable XP.
Along the way, another hologram of Eno Cordova will appear.
You also learn about a planet called Dathomir.
You have to get to the doors shown in the picture.
Open them to unlock one of the many shortcuts on Bogano.
They will be useful later on during optional exploration.
Look at the wall on the right.
you might run on it and make a jump towards the vertical wall with vines.
Grab it and climb up.
Go towards the spaceship and talk to Cere.
Board the ship and watch the last cut-scene of chapter one.
