Head to the location indicated by Kozlov.
There’s a helicopter there.
Eliminate all opponents and pull the lever - this will open a secret bunker.
Inside, you will find a computer containing data on your mission.
After reading the documents, go back to Kozlov.
Talk to him and ask him about his motivation.
Turns out the boy trapped in the bunker is his nephew.
you’re able to tell him about the fate of the child or hide the truth.
SPOILER ALERT:
If you want the best ending, the boy must remain trapped in the bunker.
Then you must tell Kozlov what happened to him.
The man will help you in the final mission.
