This mission is activated if you recruited Olga.
They are concentrated in one point.
After reaching the place, you gotta go to the indicated point[1].
There is a bunker guarded by NAR soldiers.
The safest thing to do is just sneak past them and go inside.
Inside you will find a locked up boy.
Talk to him and ask him what’s going on in the bunker.
Then enter the control room located near the cell.
