You start the quest by talking to Reed.
You are asked to deliver information about the planned blackout in the rebel camp.
Your next goal isBotanical Labs.
Go there and talk toAdelaide, the leader of the deserters.
She has the same request as Reed -redirect power from the power plant.
The difference is that you’re gonna wanna divert the power from theBotanical Labs.
you might now go to the control room.UseHiggins’scard to reset the system.
Then, go through thepower plantto pull the three levers located in this place - they will divert energy.
