A Real Grind is the third level available in Crash Bandicoot 4.
On this page, you will find information about all gems, chests, secret levels.

Gems
you’re free to get six gems on A Real Grind level.
Level description
In the beginning, you’ll get a specialmaskto maneuver your surroundings.
Look closely at the map.
You’ll see a lot of light blue elements that you’re free to modify.
By clicking the right key, you will make some items appear and others disappear.
You have to constantly change your surroundings to be able to continue.
You’ll findplatformsthat you could activate with the mask.
If you want just to go forward, you don’t have to change anything.
But if you want to get all the boxes, you have to be very careful.
you should probably watch your environment, so you don’t fall.
You will reach aplatformthat seems unmoveable at first.
Like previous objects, you could remove it using a mask.
tap the right key, and your character will immediately drop to a lower level.
Going further, you’ll encounter trainedsharksand unstablebarrels.
Be careful, combined they can be quite a challenge.
Fortunately, the sharks jump out with a delay.
It gives you time to jump between platforms.
You’re still gonna need the mask.
On your way, you’ll find a lot of objects that can be easily removed.
Focus and change the area as you jump over the abysses.
Later on, you’ll learnnew mechanics.
You have to squat and then double-press the jump button.
That’s how you get on higher platforms.
It’s time for a slide downthe rail.
You have to move the character carefully, so it doesn’t hit obstacles.
Your job is to jump or move down to avoid hitting metal elements.
Remember, you might’t fall off a metal rail.
All you have to do is move up and down, don’t worry about anything else.
Once you land on the ground, it’s possible for you to collect more boxes.
You’ll also seenew boxescovered in metal pieces.
If you want to break them, you have to use a double jump and then fall on them.
Time for anothernew mechanics.If you spot a box with an exclamation mark, you have to hit it.
Now another slide downthe railawaits.
This time, you not only must move up and down but also sideways.
As you move under the rail, you might bend the body to get boxes on the sides.
You sill can’t fall off the railing.
You die only if you hit an obstacle.
Right after the rail, you’re about to enter the secret level.
But if you go further, you will find a new punch in ofopponent.
He flies in the air and throws bombs.
you’re able to easily avoid his shots if you focus on the signs on the floor.
Remember the combination of barrels and sharks?
Let’s add some gentlemen with the grenades.
It’s almost over.
Just get to the other side of the map using platforms.
Remember, you’ve got the option to control them with the mask.
So you don’t have to worry about falling into the abyss.
As you continue, hop on the top and then turn right.
There’s a finish line there.
Hidden gem
you might find the hidden gem at the end of the map.
Jump onto the highest platform and from there into the area on the left.
Once you get on top, you have to aim carefully and bounce off the boxes.
There’s a gem waiting for you up there.
As soon as you reach it, it’ll be in your equipment.
It is located on the right.
In this bonus level you might get 22 boxes.
At the very beginning of the level, you get a mask that allows you to move boxes.
Remember to think about your moves ahead, so you don’t fall into the abyss.
Remember, you don’t lose lives on bonus levels!
