Stay Frosty is the sixteenth map available in Crash Bandicoot 4.
On this page, you will find information about all gems, chests, secret levels.
It also contains a detailed walkthrough.
Secret tape
The adventure on this map must begin with an important information.
Here you will find a secret tape that will unlock access to a retro level.
Remember, the only way to get the tape is if you haven’t died even once.
Additionally, you have to complete the map in order for the tape to be added to your inventory.
You’ll find the tape behind the save point when you get the mask.
You have to jump to the other side of the level to get the tape.
Gems
you could get six gems on Stay Frosty.
Level description
At the beginning of the map, you have to learn how to usesliding.
It could be your undoing.
There are a few opponents it’s possible for you to just avoid.
Keep to the sides of the map and you won’t get hurt.
Another interesting element are sharks jumping out of the water.
If you fall into their jaws, you’ll lose a life.
Once you geta mask, you have to use it several times.
When you get to a sequence with opponents you have two ways to choose.
If you’re not picking up boxes, we recommend you take the one onthe left.
That way you’ll avoid unnecessary injuries.
The next stage is a slide down the railing.
But there are many dangers on the way.
You have to decide your own way down.
On the other side of the map, there are some time-stopping sequences.
It’s the only way you could move on.
When you get to the end, you’ll complete the level.
Hidden gem
The gem is located right before the section where you encounter the shark.
All you have to do is jump to the left side and reach the end.
There’s a gem waiting for you on the last platform.
Secret level
You’ll find the entrance to the bonus level right behind the railing.

As a side note, that’s another spot where you will also find a time-stopping mask.
You have to collect 19 boxes if you want to max out this level.
