Most often you will have to hack some hardware or provide someone with false intel.

Flying Drugs
Location: Eastern Badlands, Red Peaks.
How to unlock: Reach Street Cred Tier 1 in the Badlands.
Objective: Destroy the transmitter.
Walkthrough:Your task is to reach the top of the building where the transmitter is located.
You have to deactivate it (if you have enough points in Technical Ability) or simply destroy it.
When you’re done, leave the area and receive the reward.
The gig will be completed.
