V will be asked to look into the matter.
Use the scanner to findtraces of the chemicalsused to clean up blood.
The traces will eventually lead you to a closed door.
The next important step is to scan thestrange computerlocated in the newly unlocked room.
Your objective will be to find the source of the cluster of cables connected to it.
The cables will lead you toa yellow satellite dishon the roof.
Examine it and then listen to the conversation with Johnny.
You will receive a hint that the signal is being sent to a location within sight.
Turn in the direction of the antenna and turn on the scanner.
Zoom in on the image and scan theunknown devicemarked on the image.
Return to the residential area of the apartment and talk to Elizabeth, then leave the apartment.
You must follow the van.
venture to stay within 150 meters distance of the van.
Continue the “chase” until the van enters a side alleyway in theNorthsidesub-district.
The issue is that it is parked in a location occupied by the Maelstrom gang.
The hiding place should be infiltrated - either stealthily, by starting direct fights or through hacking.
You don’t have to eliminate all of the enemies in the area.
All that matters is to get close to the van toconnect to its Access Point.
Completing the Dream On quest: Decisive Encounters with Elizabeth and Jefferson
First you will meetElizabeth.
Call her to make an appointment.
She waits for you ina ramen storelocated inJapantown, Westbrook.
After explaining the situation to her, Elizabeth will ask you not to reveal the whole truth to Jefferson.
Jeffersonis waiting for V in a park located inCorpo Plaza in the City Center.
No matter what choices you make, you will receive eddies for your investigation.
