They enable you to gain additional experience points, items and money.
You will learn how to start the mission and complete it.

Location
How to start: Complete the Riders on the Storm side job.
You will find the mission in the Badlands, in the Rocky Ridge sub-district.
Walkthrough
This mission will begin with a conversation with Mitch at the burial site.
If you agree to help him, both of you will enter the car.
When you get to the bridge, talk to your companion.
Next, pick up the gas container, put it in the passenger seat and set it on fire.
This will complete the gig.
