Cyberpunk 2077 lets you unlock side jobs simply by exploring the game world.
They enable you to gain additional experience points, items and money.

Walkthrough
This mission only involves reaching a secluded location where a very clearly marked dumpster is located.
V will notice it when you get closer.
You will immediately see the briefcase that you have to open.
After you pop launch the briefcase, Frank will appear nearby.
you might either talk to him, or attack him right away.
To avoid the fight, you better:
you’ve got the option to loot Frank’s body.
