This page of theDBDguide contains a description of the killer Plague.

Here you might find a description of the perks and powers she possesses.

Basic information

The Plague is a great pick for those who wish to pressure groups of survivors.

PC

She is also excellent at chasing her prey.

Power and perks

The Plague’s power revolves around bile.

She has access to two types in total, each with a different function.

PC

Vile Purge spreads sickness.

The infection has little effect - at least at first.

Once the survivor’s sickness meter gets full, they become injured and receive the Broken status effect.

PC

They also automatically vomit occasionally, infecting everything around them.

Infection can be cured by using Pools of Devotion.

These are fountains scattered throughout the map.

PC

Drinking from them heals all wounds.

She can approach corrupted fountains and consume the water within.

This activates Ingest Corruption and lets you use Corrupt Purge.Any survivor hit by it immediately takes damage.

PC

In return, however, you’re free to’t infect objects anymore.

The Plague’s perks aren’t very impressive, with only one of them being noticeably powerful.

The perk deactivates when the first survivor goes into Dying State.

PlayStation

The killer becomes Undetectable for this time.

How to play the Plague?

You must heavily rely on your power when playing as the Plague.

Xbox

Vomit on everything you see.

This will let you spread infection among survivors.

Remember that vomiting on an already infected survivorincreases their sickness meter faster.

Nintendo

you’re free to therefore injure them quicker, needing only one direct hit to knock them down.

Don’t treat Corrupt Purge as the Plague’s central mechanic.

It plays more of a supportive role.

Dead by Daylight

Use it if there’s corrupted water nearby and you’ve just run into some survivors.

You must also remember that getting stunned deactivates your power.

Examplary build

Here’s an examplary build we’ve prepared for the Plague.

Deadlock

Repairing a generator causes the Entity to block the generator with the most progression for 20/25/30 seconds.

Call of Brine

The perk activates when a generator is damaged.

The generator regresses at 150/175/200% of its normal regression speed, and its aura is highlighted in yellow.

Every time a survivor completes a Good Skill Check at this generator, you will get a sound notification.

No Way Out

You get 1 token for each survivor you hang on a hook for the first time.

The perk activates when the exit gates are powered.
