Getting a Mutated Heart
Mutated Heartis one of the rarest crafting ingredients in the game.
you’re free to find out the current number of them by vistingthe Parts tabof the inventory.
Hearts may be looted from defeated Mutators.
The first mutator is encountered during the course ofThe Search for Truth story quest.
It should be noted that Maiming mainly appears with axes and machetes.
Maim increases the chances that the enemy leaves body parts, and the same applies to Mutators.
After each defeated Mutator, look around the area -the monster might have left the heart.
