Look for it in a small northern area from screenshot 1.
Get there by entering the elevator and choosing Deck B - Processing.
The elevator in question is encountered along the way to Admin RIG.
The room with the secret is locked.
Once the door is unlocked, get in and collect the schematic from the table.
Large Med Pack Schematics
This secret is obtainableonly inChapter 9 and can be easily overlooked.
This is because you cannot return to USM Valor after the conclusion of Chpapter 9.
The schematic is in theInfirmary, the area where you have to avoid the laser trap.
The area in question is visited along the way to the Singularity Core.
