This Visionary’s unique feature is thathe can appear in two different locations while playing the game.

Charlie’s second possible location is a bunker in theFristad Rockdistrict.
The main area of the bunker is initially inaccessible.
As we’ve already mentioned, during theAfternoon Delightmission Fia also appears in the bunker.
It allows you todispatch both Visionaries at once.
Doing so is required to complete the final day of the game.
You’ll have to deal with enemies while trying to make your way up.
you could also use Shift to teleport to distant ledges, balconies or windows.
Theoretically, this could allow you to infiltrate the building without alerting Charlie.
Charlie can be found on the higher floors of his hideout.
There arelaser trapsin the area.
Additionally, you’re free to encounter a turret in the room of the roof.
You should help yourself with Aether or wait for Charlie to leave his hiding spot.
Here, you’ll witness Charlie and Fia arguing.
The happy couple can be easily dispatched viatrickery.
Obtaining this power ASAP should be your priority.
