Maneater can be a very dangerous boss due to his attacks from above.

How to defeat the boss in close combat?
This is an absolute priority, so that you don’t have to fight two bosses at once.
If the fight goes on long enough, a second Maneater will appear.
It is worth to separate them and start fighting only when they are far apart.
Still, it’s much safer to avoid the slow attacks and hit the boss every time he misses.
How to defeat the boss from a distance?
The boss may also use his ranged attacks more often.
The same goes for using a bow or crossbow - equip arrows that deal fire damage.
When fighting two Maneaters, remember to focus on killing the one with a lower health level.
