After you’ve killed the Penetrator, head to the Archstone near the arena.
There are three enemies with crossbows on the dragon corpse.
They are not difficult to defeat.
Deflect their bolts with a shield and deal with them quickly.
However, be careful, because there are three Red Phantoms behind the dragon’s body.
Don’t take a stab at fight all three at once under no circumstance.
it’s possible for you to, or actually have to, approach him from the back.
Attack also right after the Phantom has already made his attack.
Watch out for the magic attack that he can use, too.
Then, enter the room.
Watch out for the enemies, though.
There will be a knight on the stairs.
If you go higher, the knight will block your way up the stairs again.
Fighting him on the stairs is difficult, so take a stab at make him come down to you.
At the top on the left side there is a ladder that leads to a closed door.
This is a shortcut that you will unlock only from the other side of the door.
Therefore, first go upstairs and outside.
Coming out of the room, you will see a raging blue dragon.
It will start to spit fire along the road you have to cross.
Just run fast ahead.
If you’re too slow, switch out your heavy equipment for lighter one.

Once you get to the other end, go inside; you’ll be safe there.
Then you will see the blue dragon change its position.
However, before you go there, go to the left towards the door, to unlock the shortcut.
To unlock the door, use the lever, which is located nearby.
Once you’ve done that, head towards the tower.
If you freed Biorr earlier, he will help you fight the dragon.
When you enter the room, keep walking forward.
At some point, you’ll see a phantom guarding the elevator entrance.
If you have a good shield, try circling him from the back and block his attacks.
After defeating the phantom, use the elevator.
After a while you will be at the top of the tower.
