After entering the large bunker, examine the blast door found north-west (screenshot).
They are locked shut and cannot be opened with brute force.
Using the console and unlocking the way forward
While in the bunker, head south-east.
In the spot marked in the screenshot,there is a consolethat controls the blast door.
After resupplying the generator, return to the same console.
