How to find prisoners?
Take it and insert it into an inactive unit to create a bridge.
Past the bridge, you will encounter a very large group of Venatori.
After defeating them, proceed further,where you will have to solve a torch puzzle again.
As before, light the torches in the correct order.
Keep it in mind when you get to lighting torches.
Speak to the newly arrived Veil Jumpers to complete the quest.
