Like many RPGs,Dragon Age Veilguardallows you tothoroughly customize your hero.
On this page of the guide you will learnwhat options and modifications are available when creating a new hero.
We will present the availableraces,classes,factions,appearanceoptionsas well as predefineddifficulty levels.
Lineage
The first tab you’ll see when you enter the character creator isLineage.
It concernsthe race of the main character.
you might choose one of4 options:
Your choice of race affectshow NPCs perceive youand maydetermine some dialogue options.
Each race can also choose any class.
The exception aredwarves, who cannot take on the role of mages.
Appearance
The second tab isa detailed editor of our character’s appearance.
you’re able to also give your charactertattoos,scarsorface painting.
Once you’ve defined your character’s appearance, you candetermine their genderandwhat pronouns NPCs will address them with.
Here you will choose from3 archetypes, each of which is additionally divided into3 further specializations.
Additionally, representatives of specific factions haveaccess to special abilities and skills.
The available choices are:
Grey Wardens- an ancient order fighting monsters and the forces of darkness.
Their unique abilities are:
Veil Jumpers- a group of explorers investigating ancient elven ruins.
The abilities of organization members are as follows:
Lords of Fortune- an informal group of adventurers from Rivain.
Their abilities are:
Antivan Crows- a mysterious organization of assassins lurking in the shadows.
