Knocking down enemies is one of the basic mechanics associated with combat in Dragon Age Veilguard.

What is staggering and knocking down?
Staggered is a special status symbolized bya grey bar above enemies' heads.
As you attack them, the bar will gradually fill up.Once full, the enemy enters a staggered state.
During it,they cannot attack or defend themselves, and become vulnerable to attacks.
If you leave an enemy alone for a period of time, their stagger bar will start to decrease.
Knockdown is a special pop in of attack thatcan be performed on an opponent who is staggered.
Knockdown deals very high damage.
It is therefore worth using it at every possible opportunity.
How to fill the stagger bar quickly?
