Fuel Cellsare produced inFuel Cell Factoriesand receive a 50% bonus if there’sGeothermal Energyin the region.
They’re used to maintain somemilitary structuressuch as airfields, batteries,ornithopters, but alsorefineries.
You must have enough Fuel Cells to build structures requiring them.
The Fremen faction doesn’t use this resource and therefore they don’t need to produce them.
you’ve got the option to increase your Fuel Cells production even further via Research:Energy Markets.
Usually though, you shouldn’t have many issues obtaining this resource.
