They often appear in later stages of the game.
Ornithopters
The basicOrnithoptermodel costs400 Solari and 2 Fuel Cells.
Remember that the cost of maintaining them is an additional5 Solari.
In some random events, you may encounterthe Experimental Ornithopter- its maintenance cost is only 2 Solari.
In Points of Interest you could find a wreck, from which you could get theRecovered Ornithopterfor 10 minutes.
you might speed up the exploration of Points of Interest by using more than one Ornithopter.
They usually allow you to speed up research or obtain Intel.
However, you must assign them to theArrakis Infiltrationto allow them work.
you’ve got the option to only examine one PoI at a time.
How to speed up the examination?
These are theParacompassandSpectral Imagingfrom the Green Research Tree.
you could use them to attack / defend or to take over settlements remotely.
Units will only be available for5 minutes.
