Lean out to the left and wait for the metal bar to slide down.
Jump up to it and then immediately jump onto the wooden planks.
Turn around and wait for the same bar to come up, then jump to the next level.
Turn left and climb the ladder to the top.

Jump on wooden planks and stand on the edge.
Wait for the metal bar to go down and jump to it, then move to the middle.
Jump onto the planks once you move up.
Turn right, jump to the boards and go to the upper level.
Use the ladder that will lead you to the top.
