After collecting them all, you will end up on the penultimate floor of the tower.

DuringUnruly Brother, you’ll enter a block of flats where you’ll search for a man.
You will need to complete this sequence after leaving the store.
A GRE crate containing an inhibitor has been hidden in the stairwell.
You will find it without any problems while searching for the man.
