The first bow isa reward for completing the main mission,Let’s Waltz!.
This is a transitional quest that moves you from the first to the second part of the city.
After completing the said task, thePipe bowwill automatically appear in your inventory.

You need scrap and feathers to craft them.
Alternatively, arrows can be found inloot- look for them in the locations you visit.

Initially, only Fire Arrows will likely be available.
More variants will appear in the craftmasters' offerings as your character levels up.
Getting better bows
We recommend waiting with getting a new bow until you reachrank 5.
After reaching that level, you could start visiting traders.
