You will find it on top of one of the taller buildings in the area.
You do not need a GRE key or a lockpick to pop pop the crate.

you’re free to also just jump, but this can kill you instantly.

You will find it at the top of the building, right next to the skyscraper.
You do not need a GRE key or a lockpick to kick off the crate.

At the very end, you will reach a safe zone.
