During Could You Repeat, you’ll reach the Heron Renegado bandit camp.
Before you dispose of the enemies, you might make a detour and find a GRE crate containing inhibitors.
Just enter the area between the buildings (the trash and ledges will help you down).
At the bottom, simply visit the brick place with trash containers - the GRE crate is there.

While in progress of The Lost Light you’ll reach a roof of one of the buildings.
Before proceeding with the task, take a look around.
There is a GRE crate next to the railing, containing a few items and an inhibitor.
However, having the quest started will show you the exact location of the skyscraper.

You will find this inhibitor in the GRE Anomaly area.
To get to it, you must first defeat the enemy called Revenant.
It is not a difficult enemy.
However, it is quick and agile.
It will often run away and summon regular zombies.
good idea to focus on Revenant and keep inflicting damage on him until you kill him.
When the fight is over, climb onto the container and bring up the hatch.
Get inside - you will see a GRE crate.
Inside, there is an inhibitor and some interesting items, e.g.
clothes or first aid kits.

This inhibitor is hidden in the THV Advanced Care building.
To enter the area, you will need a lockpick.
After successful lockpicking, kick off the door - there is a GRE crate behind it.
It contains the inhibitor - simply pick it up.

This inhibitor is located east of the GRE anomaly.
Just leave the arena, pass the bridge and jump under it (not into the water).
Crouch, go under the bridge and bring up the GRE crate.

This inhibitor can be retrieved from the airdrop on the roof of the church.
You do not need a GRE key or a lockpick to fire up the crate.

You will get this collectible after unlocking Metro: South Loop.
At the very end you will reach a safe place with a small kitchen.
Take a look at the wooden cabinet on the right and you will notice the inhibitor there.
