This inhibitor is hidden in the GRE Experimental Research.
To get into the area, you will need a lockpick.
After successful lockpicking, kick off the door - there is a GRE crate behind it.
It contains the inhibitor - simply pick it up.

This inhibitor can be found in an underwater GRE Crate.
You’ll have to dive there while taking over the electrical station.
Some of the cables you must connect are located underwater as well.
We recommend getting this crate before taking over the station.
Otherwise some important items may disappear.

You will get this collectible after unlocking Metro: Cathedral.
At the very end you will reach a safe place with a small kitchen.
Take a look at the wooden cabinet on the right and you will notice the inhibitor there.

You will find this inhibitor in the GRE Anomaly area.
To get to it, you must first defeat the enemy called Revenant.
It is not a difficult enemy.
However, it is quick and agile.
It will often run away and summon regular zombies.
Focus on this enemy and keep attacking it until it disappears.
When the fight is over, climb onto the container and initiate the hatch.
Get inside - you will see a GRE crate.
you might open it without any problem - you don’t need any special skills or a lockpick.
Inside, there is an inhibitor and some interesting items, e.g.
clothes or first aid kits.

While exploring the church tower, you will find a safe.
You need a code to open it.
This protection cannot be removed by force, special skill or lockpicks.
You have to go out the window, jump on the roof and initiate the chest with the code.
kick off the chests and you will see the envelope with the code.
launch the safe to get an inhibitor.
