There are 117 mementos in the entire game and you will receive the Archivist achievement for obtaining them all.

Letter - Goodbye Letter
Location: thegarden searched during the prologue.
After you finish exploring the house, you’ll proceed to the garden.
Same as before, you gotta examine a few things there to push the plot forward.
One of them is a farewell letter lying on the table next to the photos.
It is covered by a frame, but like the newspaper, it has a red glow.
It will be added to your collection, where you could read it again.
In the progress of this goal, you’ll cross through an open area.
To find Book 4, enter the church and check out the altar, or its remains.
On the counter covered by material, there is an open book.
Simply interact with it so it finds its way to your collection.
