Right underneath the counter, you will find an envelope with the recipe.
It’s very dark there, so use a flashlight.
This place is easy to get to, it is located in the main part of the ship.

There’s no other way to open it.
After entering the container, go to the shelf on the far right.
There, you will find an envelope with the code.
