The recording is on the desk, right next to the keyboard.
You will open it with the GRE key.
There’s a GRE Crate with an inhibitor inside.
In front of the crate, on a metal desk, there’s a small recording tape.
Approach the desk to make the collectible light up.
Pick it up to immediately add it to your collection.
First jump on the roof, then climb up the yellow elements.
There are several desks inside, with the recording found on the first one.
