This Dying Light 2 game guide page contains the location of all the Windmills in the Horseshoe district.
We’ve supplied a walkthrough for the climb, as well as detail rewards for activating each windmill.
Lean out to the right and wait until you are closer to the metal beams and jump on them.
When you get up, jump over to the wooden boards.
On the right side you will find a small hole in the boards.
Go through the hole and turn left.
Walk around the windmill slowly over the metal beam and jump to the ladder to reach the top.

Jump on the metal beam and use the ladder on the left side.
Go to the wooden boards and wait for the metal part of the structure to go down.
When you get to the top, jump to the next level of the windmill.
Turn left and take the ladder to the top.
