This enemy appears in three different places.
They are Stormhill, Leyndell, Royal Capital and the Deeproot Depths.
To find the boss you must go toStormhill Evergoal.
After interacting with the prison you’ll enter the boss arena.
Locations
Crucible Knight
The first version of itcan be found in the Stormhill region- in theStormhill Evergaol.
The closest Site of Grace isStormhill Shack- number 26 on thismap.
From there, go south-east.
you could make the fight easier by using ashes or summoning an ally.
You have to deal here with “spiked machines” that move in a certain pattern.
There aren’t many side paths here.
Crucible Knight Siluria
Crucible Knight Siluriais located in theDeeproot Depths.
The closest Site of Grace isThe Nameless Eternal City.
It will be number 4 on thismap.
For defeating Crucible Knight Ordovis, you’ll receiveRunes(28,000) and aset.
These areOrdovis’s Greatsword,Crucible Axe Helm,Crucible Axe Armor,Crucible GauntletsandCrucible Greaves.
Behind the passage that the enemy was guarding, you will find a set of weapons.
General tips
Mage build - how to fight?
The duel against the Crucible Knight can be quite challenging for players using sorcery.
This is mostly due to how the Knight almost always guards himself with his shield while approaching you.
This blocks the damage even if you hit him in the back!
you’re free to prepare for this fight by equipping theMagic Glintbladespell.
It takes a few seconds for its projectile to fly towards the enemy.
The Crucible Knight often delays his attacks anddoesn’t strike twice in a short time.
The Crucible Knight can also attack with his tail.
He can occasionallystrike twice with the tailafter landing.
The same goes for his regular attacks.
Melee build - how to fight?
Crucible Knights are tough opponents.They almost always use a shield and are only exposed when attacking.
However, this tactic requires a good timing.
Crucible Knights fight very aggressively, most often using a sword.
These attacks are easy to read (or parry).
The stomp is a bigger problem - it damages the area in front of the boss.
If you are hit by it, your character will be thrown up and be exposed to further attacks.
So it is better to avoid this move by rolling towards the opponent.
However, keep in mind thatafter a stomp, the opponent often follows it with other attacks.
In such a situation, you’ve got the option to either parry or do more dodges.
If you deplete more than half of their HP, it will go into the second phase.
In this case, it’s a good idea to dodge towards it.
After the flight, the enemy will probably be relatively far away from you.
Therefore,do not attempt to avoid the tail by rolling backwards.
When you fight Ordovis, first eliminate the minion with the spear.
It usually does it when you go far away.
It is better to avoid it by rolling towards the opponent.
Get behind the enemy’s back and attack several times.
Both opponents also like to use a dagger.
To protect yourself from this, it’s possible for you to either perform a perfect dodge or sprint.
When you eliminate the Crucible Knight, Ordovis will become more aggressive.
Crucible Knight Siluria does not use a shield.
Instead of a sword, she also has a spear.
The fact that she doesn’t use a shield doesn’t mean she has more chances to attack.
