You will receive it automatically after completing theHot Wirequest.
The mission involves mainly completing other tasks, but you have to unlock them first by talking to Cassandra.
Now talk to CRONY U4 and choose the option to reconnect with Cassandra.
You’ll have another conversation, and you’ll get theElex PurityandUnrestand Unityquests.
Don’t start the mission right away, though - instead, summon Cassandra again through the drone.
You will receive two more quests:LoyalCompanionsandWillpowerand Transformation.

You will also receive another main story quest calledTheGates of the Main Former.
