Bully belongs to the Outlaws.
You’ll find him in theCrater, the faction’s headquarters.
ReachBaxter’s housemarked in the picture above, located in the northern area of the Crater.
The fight can be quite difficult if you’re still low-level.
Watch out for Bully’s melee attacks and his shotgun when you gain some distance from him.
Bully won’t die once you beat him, accepting his loss.
This means he’ll join your party.
Fighting alongside Bully
Bully is an outlaw warrior.
He uses a two-handed weapon in melee combat.
At range he can use his shotgun.
This makes him a useful and versatile companion.
