You will receive it during chapter 3 from Adam after completing thePartner of the 6th Powerquest.
Your goal is to search Gammara and find the converter.
Where is the converter in Gammara?
Gammarais a location that could be visited during theAntibioticsquest.
It’s located near the Grotto.
Go there and head inside.
Inside the location, find a tunnel, enter it and continue going forward.
When you reach the room pictured in the screenshot above, take the path to the left.
You will end up in the room with the converter.
Approach it and interact with it.
A cutscene will play and the mission will be completed.
You will also receive another quest -Memories.
