The most obvious way to get grenades is finding them asloot.
Your best shot will be to seach containers and bodies of defeated bandits.

Another method is to finda blueprint for crafting grenades.
To get it, visit the location shown in the picture above, north of the Fort.

Sneak up to a group of enemies and makea quick save of the game.
Select grenades from the inventory and throw them at the enemies.

Additionally, several explosions in the same spot will make it more likely that someone will die.
When you’ve used up all your grenades,load the previous state of the game, i.e.
the quick save you just made.
Repeat this pattern (throw grenades - load the save file) until you get the trophy.
