Food
The primary way of healing inElex 2is eating.
Food can be found in most of the searched locations, as well as bought from merchants.

Using beds
Elex 2allows you to heal for free by using beds.Sleeping fully restores your HP.
Obviously you might’t use someone else’s bed - you’ll be attacked if you try.
One of the safe sleeping places is a tower in the Bastion.
