Your task is to find the people plotting against the Rat.
He’ll ask you to talk withBeritandEjnar.

Go see Ejnar and start a conversation about the Rat.
At some point Ejnar will flee and you’ll be stopped by a guard.
Now that Ejnar ran away you must find some clues as to where he could’ve gone.

Now head to the Grotto’s main entrance, the Morkons' headquarters.
Talking to the Rat and completing the quest
Finally, return to the Rat.
After your talk with the Rat the mission will be completed.
