His location will be marked on the map, so you will have no problem finding the boy.
Go inside the location and thenfollow the tunnel until you reach the last fork.
Turn left at the fork and then immediately right.
This will bring you to the room with the unit you are looking for.
At this point, the mission will end and you will receive another main mission inElex 2-AlternativeNodes.
