To unlock fast travel, you will need to discover a teleporter, i.e.
the equipment from the screenshot above (all teleporters look the same).
Achievements related to the teleporters
Certainachievementscan be earned by unlocking fast travel points.
The first one is theGlobetrotterachievement obtained by unlockingat least 35 teleporters.
The second one is theBeam Me Upachievement earned byfast travelling 20 times.
